This is the story of how our go-to "rice blend” was born, from late night takeout cravings to weeks of testing different blends. We landed on a simple mix of 1 part jasmine to 2 parts long grain, plus a rice cooker we actually love, for fluffy, fragrant white rice that works with almost any dinner.
