We visited all four Walt Disney World theme parks in one day and recorded the route, park entries, transfers, rides, food, and step count. The result was about 34,051 steps, roughly 15 miles, and a day that depended more on transit decisions than on completing a long ride list.

Animal Kingdom
We entered at 7:47am and used the morning for Flight of Passage, DINOSAUR, Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, and food at Satu’li Canteen. The park worked as the first stop because the direct rideshare removed a resort transfer and the morning gave us a defined exit point.
Magic Kingdom
The bus left at 11:22am, and we entered Magic Kingdom at 11:41am. We used the shorter block for Space Mountain, TRON Lightcycle / Run, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
The purpose was not a complete Magic Kingdom day. It was to choose a small set that justified the transfer.
EPCOT, first visit
We used the monorail and Transportation and Ticket Center to reach EPCOT, entering at 2:54pm. Test Track single rider, Journey of Water, and festival food gave us a compact third park before the International Gateway transfer.
Hollywood Studios
We left EPCOT’s International Gateway at 4:38pm and entered Hollywood Studios at 5:06pm. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and Blue Milk were the main targets. We did not try to make the shortest park block look like a full park day.
EPCOT, final visit
At 6:01pm we returned by Skyliner and re-entered EPCOT at 6:34pm. Frozen Ever After, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Club Cool, dinner, and Luminous finished the day.
What made the route work
Each park had a small priority set. We used direct or high-capacity transportation where it fit the geography. EPCOT’s International Gateway made the Skyliner connection to Hollywood Studios useful. Returning to EPCOT created a logical place for dinner and the nighttime show.
What the route cost physically
The day reached about 34,051 steps and roughly 15 miles. That is not a side note. It is part of the result. A route can be operationally successful and still be a poor fit for a group that does not want that amount of walking and standing.
What we would change
We would protect one true meal break earlier, reduce the number of top-priority rides, and confirm every park-hopping and transportation rule on the morning of the attempt. We would also decide in advance whether returning to EPCOT is worth the extra entry and walking for the group.
The practical conclusion
Four parks in one day worked as a specific challenge, not as an efficient substitute for four park days. The route is useful evidence for transfer planning. It should not be presented as the best way to experience Walt Disney World.
